1. Careers: High-Performance Instructors & Coaches

​

Are you an experienced coach or former collegiate/professional athlete looking to train dedicated athletes? We are seeking instructors who understand mechanical efficiency, data interpretation, and how to motivate players to achieve measurable growth.

​

• What You’ll Do: Design customized training programs, run high-level clinics, and utilize our facility's technology to track and accelerate player development.

• ​

• What We Look For: Strong baseball/softball background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-backed training methods.

2. Internships: Sports Performance & Data Analytics

Get hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving world of sports technology and athletic training. This internship offers unique exposure to the operations of a premier development facility.

• What You’ll Do: Assist coaching staff during player assessments, gain experience setting up and interpreting player metrics, and learn the day-to-day operations of an elite sports complex.

• What We Look For: Students or recent graduates in Kinesiology, Sports Management, Data Analytics, or related fields who have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
