Meet Our Staff
Javier Valdez
Javi joins P95 Academy with an exceptional blend of high-level playing experience, elite coaching credentials, and advanced academic degrees in sports science. A standout athlete on the diamond, Javi was named the CFISD Player of the Year (2011) and earned All-District honors before competing at the NCAA Division I level for Texas Southern University.
Beyond his playing career, Javi has dedicated over a decade to mastering the science of human performance and athlete psychology. Javi hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Human Performance, and are currently completing an additional Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC in progress). This deep expertise allows him to engineer training programs that optimize both physical metrics and mental toughness.
With 7 years of competitive 5A and 6A Texas high school coaching experience, alongside 4 years of specialized sports performance programming, Javi has a proven track record of developing elite high school and collegiate baseball and softball athletes. He knows precisely what college programs look for and deliver the exact blueprint required to get players to the next level.

Kayley Prudhomee
Kayley brings elite Division I playing experience and national-level pedigree to P95 Academy. Ranked as the No. 44 overall recruit nationally in the Class of 2023, Kayley currently competes at the highest level as an infielder and starting shortstop for the University of Houston.
A dynamic presence on the diamond, Kayley combines high-level defensive instincts, lightning-fast glove-to-hand transfer, and elite footwork with an explosive, fundamentally sound offensive approach. Having competed against top collegiate programs in the Big 12, she understands the precision, tempo, and work ethic required to perform on the national stage.
Kayley specializes in translating Division I standards into actionable development for youth and high school fastpitch softball athletes. Her hands-on instruction focuses on defensive mastery, range, arm slot efficiency, and producing powerful, repeatable swings at the plate.

Tim Clark
Tim brings over 30 years of elite playing and coaching experience to the diamond. Texas high school stand out in the 5A division earning 1st team all district all 4 years. Helping his high school team go undefeated in district one year and also former professional player in the independent leagues, Tim leverages his deep tactical knowledge and high-level skill set to build comprehensive development frameworks for athletes at every stage of their careers.
Tim has a definitive, proven track record of maximizing athletic performance across all age groups in both baseball and fastpitch softball. Currently serving as a head coach for the Texas Bombers National fastpitch organization, he understands exactly what it takes to develop elite prospects into high-recruited assets. Whether your goal is to optimize your performance metrics to capture college scout attention or to maintain the competitive edge needed to secure a multi-million dollar professional contract, Tim engineers the data-driven blueprint to get you there.
